Yes, our structures are crafted from 100% cedar wood which is naturally rot and insect resistant. Each piece is pre-cut, pre-drilled, and pre-stained with a water-based sealant to protect against the elements.
Do you offer professional installation services?
We have partnered with GoConfigure to provide professional assembly services for an additional fee. You can select the 'With Installation' option on the product page to have a certified technician build your unit.
What is your return policy for outdoor furniture and structures?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original packaging. Please note that due to the size and weight of our products, return shipping fees may apply unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
What kind of warranty comes with Backyard Discovery products?
All our wooden components carry a 5-year pro-rated warranty against structural failure caused by rot or decay, while all other parts like slides and swings are covered by a 1-year manufacturer's warranty.
What surface should I install my swing set or gazebo on?
For safety and stability, all structures should be installed on level ground. We recommend a protective surfacing such as wood mulch, rubber mulch, or pea gravel for swing sets to ensure a safe play zone.
